The proposed for your attention conference is performed in correspondence form with subsequent publication of a volume of conference proceedings in electronic format. Each participant and their scientific leaders will receive a certificate which is confirming participation in the conference. An electronic compilation with ISBN will be published after the conference. The compilation will be placed on internet site.

• Responsibility for the article content lies with the participants and their supervisors..
• Volume of publication should be 2 to 5 pages of typewritten text.
• The text should be typed in Microsoft Word 2007 and higher, font Times New Roman size 12, single line spacing, justified text alignment.

• File of article should be saved as DOCX. Formulas should be typed in the equation editor of Word. Tables, charts, drawings should have a title and numbering. Page orientation is portrait. All page margins – 2 cm.
• Texts are issued as follows: title of the article, the line below, after the interval, surname, name, patronymic of the author (co-author) completely, then on the next line the name of the organization (in full, no abbreviations), city. Further, after one blank line the text of presented article should be printed.

If you want to participate the conference, you should send on address ecir.nauka@gmail.com before 10 Jul 2017 following materials::

1. the text of the report corresponding to the requirements of its preparation;
2. review/recommendation (scanned version) of the scientific supervisor or candidate/doctor of sciences according to the profile;
3. the application form for participation in the conference;
4. scanned (photographed) receipt.

For publication, you should send full list of above-mentioned documents, otherwise, the application will be rejected. All the materials (text of article, review, application form, receipt) should be sent as a separate file. In return, you will get a letter with confirmation of receiving of your work for publication. If you did not get the response, please contact us.

Cost of participation in correspondence conference with publication of article in electronic volume of conference proceedings is KZT 1500 (for foreign participants – RUR 300 or USD 5) for one article.
